Welcome to NYC
17 Sep

Ciano NYC was an Italian Restaurant in the heart of the Flatiron District, founded by Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Shea Gallante, who previously worked with his mentor, David Bouley. Gallante’s menu at Ciano changed often, even daily, depending on availability of ingredients and inspiration. A bread oven in the middle of the restaurant was a focal point, both aesthetically and functionally, churning up a series of freshly baked Focaccias, Ciabattas, Pizzas and more. Ciano NYC received rave reviews from the NY Times, Martha Stewart, Refinery 29, Vogue, Esquire and Star Chefs.

Sadly, Ciano NYC has closed his doors, but we recommend finding more delicious New York City Things to Do. Last we heard, Chef Gallante was turning up the heat at Chevalier, but that story has also ended, so we shall keep you posted when we find out where Chef Gallante lands.
